Terms & conditions
1. Scope of Application
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings of holiday apartments made via the website www.cozyrerik.de . The contractual partners are Birgit & Sebastian Moritz, Kratzerstr. 14, 80638 Munich, Germany, staying@cosyrerik.de (hereinafter referred to as the “Lessor”).
2. Booking & Conclusion of Contract
By completing the booking, the guest submits a binding offer to conclude a rental agreement. The contract comes into effect upon the booking confirmation issued by the lessor.
3. Payment Conditions
The total rental price is due in accordance with the stated payment conditions. The available payment methods are displayed during the booking process.
4. Cancellation
Free cancellation is possible up to 4 weeks prior to arrival. In the event of a later cancellation or no-show, 100% of the booking price will be charged. The decisive factor is the timely receipt of the cancellation in written form (e.g. by email).
5. Arrival & Departure
Check-in: from 5:00 pm
Check-out: by 10:00 am
Any deviations require prior agreement.
6. Use of the Accommodation
The holiday apartment may only be used by the number of persons stated in the booking (maximum 2–3 persons depending on the apartment). Pets are not permitted. All apartments are non-smoking apartments. Parties and events are strictly prohibited.
7. Sauna & Fireplace
The use of the sauna and fireplaces is at the guest’s own risk and strictly in accordance with the provided instructions. Only the wood or ethanol provided may be used.
8. Duty of Care of the Guest
The apartment must be treated with due care. Any damages must be reported to the lessor without delay. The guest is liable for any damages caused by them in accordance with statutory provisions.
9. Quiet Hours & Neighbourhood
Rerik is a quiet town. The general quiet hours must be observed at all times. Guests are requested to show particular consideration for the neighbourhood.
10. Liability
The lessor is only liable for damages caused by intent or gross negligence. No liability is assumed for personal belongings.
11. Force Majeure
In the event of force majeure (e.g. natural disasters, official orders), there shall be no entitlement to compensation.
12. Final Provisions
German law shall apply. The place of jurisdiction shall be the registered office of the lessor, insofar as legally permissible.
